This is a 60-minute remote session designed to release what's stuck, soften what's been holding you in old patterns, and return you to a clearer connection with your own knowing.

What's included

• A pre-session meditation, sent to you in advance, to help your nervous system settle before we begin.
• 45 minutes of remote energy work, with you in a quiet space, eyes closed, doing nothing but receiving.
• 15 minutes of note sharing afterward, where I walk you through what I noticed in your field and what may want attention next.
